What should I do to change my career to biotech industry?

I have a bachelor degree in Economics and most people expect me to work at a bank or government but given that I have great passion for high-tech, biotech and internet products, I work for a big internet company instead.

Now, I want to change my career to biotech. I see myself as an entrepreneur in the biotech field in 5-10 years from now and I finally gather strengths to make this decision knowing that I will have to start probably from the beginning.

What are the next steps? Can I take a Master without undergraduate? Or should I take an undergraduate degree and later PhD?

Also, which course should I take? Biology? Bioinformatics? Any other suggestion?
